Store Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d) - Fashion and Retail

In our stores OLYMP & HADES as well as KULT, you will experience a variety of trendy styles and work with emerging newcomers and labels.

These tasks await you:

• You take responsibility for all processes in the store

• You coordinate your team, are responsible for scheduling, and always keep an eye on your numbers

• You conduct job interviews and put together your team according to your preferences

• You are creative in designing the sales area and ensure an optimal assortment

• You implement the guidelines set by the department/sales management together with you

What you bring:

• Ideally, you have completed a commercial training, e.g. as a retail salesperson or already have experience as an assistant store manager / store manager / branch manager / branch manager / team leader / store manager (m/f/d)

• You are interested in streetwear, sportswear, and current trends

• You are empathetic and solution-oriented

• You are strong in communication and can set priorities independently

• Even in stressful periods, you keep an overview and manage to motivate your team

• You work confidently with common Microsoft Office applications and ideally have already worked with an ERP system
